Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Cosmic Kebab!, a game provided by Layrup ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using Cosmic Kebab!, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the game.
These Terms apply in addition to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Use of the Game
Cosmic Kebab! is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree to use the game in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to misuse the game, attempt to interfere with its normal operation, or use it in any manner that could harm Layrup, other users, or third parties.
Purchases and Payments
Cosmic Kebab! is offered as a one-time purchase. Once purchased, the full game is available without subscriptions, recurring fees, advertisements, or in-app purchases.
All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Layrup does not process or store payment information.
Refund Policy
Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store's refund policies. Layrup does not process refunds directly. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Saved Progress
Your progress is stored only on your device. Layrup does not have access to your saved games and cannot restore progress that is lost, for example after deleting the game or resetting your device.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content, features, and functionality of Cosmic Kebab!, including but not limited to software, artwork, audio, music, text, characters, graphics, logos, and design elements, are the exclusive property of Layrup and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or reverse engineer any part of the game without prior written permission from Layrup.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use Cosmic Kebab! for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the game or its systems
- Distribute modified versions of the game or tools that alter it
- Disrupt or interfere with the stability, security, or performance of the game
Termination of Access
Layrup reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to Cosmic Kebab! at its discretion if these Terms are violated.
Termination does not affect any rights or obligations accrued prior to termination.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Cosmic Kebab! is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Layrup does not guarantee that the game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of defects.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Layrup shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Cosmic Kebab!, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of progress, or device incompatibility.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to These Terms
Layrup reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will become effective upon publication on this page. Continued use of Cosmic Kebab! after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
